All Video Webcasting Packages include Live Event, On Demand, 1-hour duration, 500 live viewers, 90-day archive, set-up and testing, usage reporting, and project management services. Other features are included depending on the package, such as encoders, technicians, branded web pages, indexing drop feature, Q&A moderation, and PowerPoint slides.

Further options may be added on an à la Carte basis to provide for a customized webcasting solution. These include: hosting services, satellite uplink/downlink, up to 10,000 viewers, email registration services, CD/DVD/DV/VHS/BETA Copies, FTP file delivery, custom programming, security and password services, domain name registration and more.
