Lagan 311 Customer Success Program

 

The Challenge

Lagan, which provides software solutions to Governments worldwide, completed a successful project supplying a major city with a call center and a Customer Relationship System. The system helps direct citizens to appropriate city services, track these requests, and provide follow-up accountability. Lagan wanted a creative way to highlight this success story.

The Solution

Upon consultation with the client, FMP decided on a video program focused on the value to citizens to provide a human perspective while still delivering the key messages. FMP provided on location videotaping, interviews with key city officials, and Script-to-Screen production services including concept, design, planning, production, graphics, post-production and media delivery.

The Result

The client received a video program appropriate for use at events, as a leave-behind, and on its website that highlights a successful implementation in an interesting and entertaining manner.
