With 25 years of sales, business development, capital markets, mergers/acquisitions and general corporate management experience, Michael is responsible for driving FMP’s overall business strategy and oversees the sales, finance and administrative functions of the Company. In addition to his role at FMP, he is also the Managing Partner of Penn Valley Group, a mid-market advisory services and consulting firm.
